This is a great topping for ice cream, pound cake, brownies, or you may use this decadent sauce as a fruit dip.


Easy Chocolate Sauce

PREP TIME: 10 minutes YIELD: 1 ¾ cup


  • 1 – 6 oz. package Chocolate Chips
  • 2/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
  • 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
  • Milk (optional)


  • In small sauce pan, combine chocolate chips and syrup
  • Cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted. Remove from heat
  • Gradually stir in evaporated milk
  • Serve warm or chilled


If sauce becomes too thick when chilled, stir in a little milk, not evaporated
