Gooey. Easy. Sticky Buns. People will think you’re a baking guru when you serve these for breakfast. Loaded with caramelized syrup and pecans, these have the flavor of homemade rolls, but take a fraction of the time. Surprise your family, your guests, and your friends with these mouth-watering treats. They’ll love you for it!
Quick and Easy Sticky Buns
Prep Time: 10 minutes Baking Time: 20-25 min. Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients
- 1 tube Refrigerator Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Biscuits 8 Biscuits
- 3 Tablespoons Butter Melted
- ½ cup Pancake Syrup (Any brand you like, I used Mrs. Buttersworth)
- 1/3 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Spray a 10” fluted pan with non-stick spray
- Combine the melted butter and syrup in a small bowl and set aside
- In another bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts
- Place half of the syrup mixture in the bottom of the pan
- Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture on top
- Lay the biscuits on the bottom of the pan, overlapping edges (close together) to form a ring
- Top with remaining syrup
- Finish with remaining sugar mixture
- Bake at 375 F for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown
- Cool for 1 minute in the pan
- Invert onto a serving platter
Notes
These are best when served right out of the oven, as the caramelized syrup tends to harden quickly. I place a container of warm syrup on the table for those who like extra.

Oh my! I had the opportunity to taste the Sunday Roast and it was great! So tender, tasty and yes, you can cut it with a fork. Took me back to my Mom’s Sunday Roast -best served with iced tea!
