PREP TIME: 15 minutes Baking Time: 25 minutes Yield: 24 - 2x2” Squares
- 2 cups sifted Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 package Chocolate Chips (12 oz)
- 2/3 cup Butter
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in saucepan. Add brown sugar. Remove from stove and cool.
Beat eggs in mixer. Add cooled brown sugar mix, then other ingredients, except for chocolate chips. Spread mixture on greased cookie sheet or in 9x13 pan. Press chips on top (I use the back of a spoon to press them down gently.) Bake: 25 minutes.
