Orange-Cranberry Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries chopped
  • 1 cup walnuts or pecans

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease and flour 4 small loaf pans
  • Cut-up cranberries
  • Mix ingredients together
  • Add sliced cranberries
  • Bake for 45 minutes
  • Cool for 10 min.
  • Remove from pans
  • Pour glaze over loaves
